The Power of Prayer MeditationS 

Once you begin to understand just how transformative invocation prayer meditations are you will be wishing you started sooner.  A good way to begin this process is when you find yourself wide awake between three and five am.  When we are not in alignment with our higher self it wakes us up and usually in a state of anxiety.  If this is the case go to You Tube and download a prayer meditation specifically designed for people who wake between 3 and 5 am.  You have a job to do on behalf of humanity.  By following the instructions you will reap many benefits by becoming an intercessor.  An intercessor prays for humanity - this is experiential and nothing to fear; in fact you will be amazed at the miracles that happen in your personal life and you will notice how people, places or things that you instinctively pray about will shift.  Part of you will know that you along with other intercessors praying for world peace, health, prosperity and love are gaining ground.  The side effects of doing this very important work on behalf of humanity are amazing but you only know that by actually doing the work.  The first week is the hardest but with time and proof that your prayers are indeed being answered your pace of prayer meditations quickens and you love it.  With time you will sleep deeply again.  Some people take pharmaceutical drugs to knock themselves out but if you can seek out natural alternatives and still wake up you are meant to be an intercessor.  Being an intercessor is an incredibly important job that is not limited to but often is given to seniors who can take a nap.  God has an amazing way of making our lives manageable when we have agreed to a life of service no matter our age or stage in life.  Think of it as going to "God's Office" to work - the benefits are eternal.  Be sure to buy a good pen and a journal; you will not want to miss a moment of prayer once you realize just how powerful it is.  Your own joy is one hundred fold; so satisfying and honestly the most satisfying work I have ever done.

Women experience more negativity than men.  It is hardwired due to child-rearing safety factors.  EVERY 4 SECONDS or so YOUR NERVOUS SYSTEM SCANS YOUR BODY TO ENSURES YOU ARE SAFE AND HEALTHY.  WHEN YOU FIND YOURSELF FEELING ANXIOUS OR FEARFUL FOR NO OBVIOUS OUTSIDE REASON - REPEAT "I AM SAFE IT IS ONLY CHANGE". YOUR MIND'S PRIMARY JOB IS TO KEEP YOU SAFE.  WHEN THIS HAPPENS BREATHE IN AND REPEAT AS OFTEN AS POSSIBLE "I/WE ARE SAFE IT IS ONLY CHANGE". CHANGE DISRUPTS YOUR BODY'S SECURITY SYSTEMS SO MAKE CHANGES AT A SPEED THAT YOU CAN ADJUST TO.  SOMETIMES A FULL STOP WILL BE REQUIRED BEFORE MOVING FORWARD.  THAT'S OK. CHANGE DOES NOT REQUIRE TRAUMATICIZNG YOURSELF.  YOUR BODY LIKES SLOW, STEADY AND CALM SO YOU MAY HAVE TO DO SOME SERIOUS SELF-TALK TO GET WHERE YOU WANT TO GO.  

HAPPINESS AND PLEASURE MUST NOT BE CONFUSED.  HAPPINESS IS A STEADY STATE WHERE PLEASURE DEPENDS ON TEMPORARY OUTWARD EXPERIENCES.  WHEN IN DOUBT STAY WITH WHAT REMAINS!  IN CASE YOU DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS - YOUR SOUL WILL ALWAYS REMAIN.  KEEP IT PURE, CALM LOVING.  AT THE END OF THE DAY SHOULD SOMETHING UNFORESEEN TAKE YOUR LIFE, YOU WILL REMAIN IN A PURE, CALM AND LOVING STATE ETERNALLY.
