Concerns about cost need not arise. Together, we will create a program based on your budget and needs. For some people, an initial 2 - 3 hour appointment is all that is needed. Anyone who has experienced significant life challenges may require regular counselling for a few weeks or months until a new relationship with food is formed. We keep our hourly rate to $35.00. Many consumers have taken weight issues into their own hands. A 1-3 hour review is sufficient to review your findings with a health professional giving you the confidence that you are on the right track - congratulations. However, if you have not had the time to sift through all the required research we can help you to condense it and put it into action fast and affordably.
Our monthly program encompasses an initial dietary, nutritional, and lifestyle evaluation, and offers as much coaching as needed to grasp and apply knowledge about achieving and maintaining balanced pH levels. Achieving a balanced pH is more than just choosing alkalizing food and water - much more. Second to achieving balanced pH levels is learning what your Optimum Carbohydrates are. This is the rationale behind an initial month of consultations which is a $399.00 health investment (no tax is added). Achieving your Optimum Carbohydrates involves learning to identify carbohydrates and then using the "RIGHT CARBOHYDRATES" to create satisfying menus. Some people gain weight that is not in proportion to the carbohydrates ingested. The Optimum Carbohydrate theory developed by Dr. Carlton Frederick in the 80s helps people determine the best carbohydrates for their body and in just the right amounts to lose, gain and maintain weight.
